Dr. Boris Wydoff

Dr. Boris Wydoff

For more than fifty years I've been doing one thing — looking for the answer to why a person falls ill, and how to help without doing harm. I started out as an ordinary physician in Tashkent, worked through the clinics of Leningrad, worked with athletes of the Olympic team, and then came America, Mexico, and Europe and Asia again.

Over those years I became convinced of this: the body has its own power to recover. Nutrition, cleansing, working with the mind and simple natural remedies do far more than people tend to think. That's what my seven books, my courses and my seminars are about — and it's what I teach my students, many of whom are in practice on their own today.
